Los Angeles-based experimental film producer Jheanelle Brown and Nigerian actor Darol Olu Kae bring this touring program of visual shorts to Pittsburgh.
Their organization, Black Radical Imagination, focuses on the aesthetics of Afro-futurism, Afro-surrealism and the magnificent through the context of cinema.
Centering around new stories within the African diaspora, each artist in “Fugitive Trajectories” contributes their own vision about post-modern society through the state of current black culture.
