Award winning actress, artist and singer Ethel Merman (1908-1984) was known for her distinctive, powerful voice that she showcased in some of Broadway’s greatest musicals.
The story at the heart of this wonderfully zany musical has the great Ethel Merman mistaking two young Mormon missionaries for door-to-door salesmen. Ethel welcomes the missionaries into her home after their frustrating day of canvassing the neighborhood for prospective converts. The result is a hilariously heartfelt journey about being true to oneself.
