Taking over multiple floors of a parking garage, this socially-distanced market is open to makers, artists, retailers, and sellers offering vintage, second-hand, or recycled items, all selling goods from their car’s “boot” or trunk.

Many historians believe that the term “flea market” originated in Paris (“marché aux puces” in French) when the official architect of Emperor Napoleon III (1808-1873) laid out the city’s now famous broad boulevards. The changes forced retailers of used merchandise out of the slums to a site north of Paris.

Stroll and browse in a festive atmosphere with live music along with hot food and craft cocktails provided by Downtown restaurant partners.

Admission is free but face masks are required of all patrons. Presented by the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership. For more information, call
