Rising star Brandon Lay headlines Heinz Field’s 18th annual celebration of America’s birth.

Brandon Lay is a country singer/songwriter with a rock & roll spirit and a small-town heart. Growing up in rural Tennessee, he played basketball, football and baseball while country music was always heard in the background. Brandon fully embraces this life by crafting original songs that tell engaging stories about small town America.

Numerous food tents will be available, including summer-favorites like lemonade and funnel cake. Fans can also visit the various beer stands throughout the event area. There will also be various activities on Art Rooney Avenue plus numerous display tent.

Pittsburgh’s own Devon Allen Johnson & Ruff Creek will start the free concert series at 5:00 p.m. before introducing local-favorite The Stickers. Brandon Lay will end the show after he takes the stage around 8:00 p.m. The night’s fireworks display will take place right on the river outside of Heinz Field starting at approximately 9:35 p.m. The celebration will not end until the fireworks show has concluded.
