This is a multimedia exhibition showcasing costumes designed by one incredible woman for critically acclaimed films over the past three decades.

Born in 1960, Ruth E. Carter is an American costume designer for film and television, with over 40 films to her credit. On display are her creations for the movies “The Butler” (2013), “Selma” (2014) and “Black Panther” (2018).
