Interdisciplinary artist Shori Sims’ first solo exhibition of sculptural work covers her early career to the present.
Shori often seeks to excavate queer Black collective memory. One of the primary installation pieces in this more personal show is “Persistence of Memory (Furniture Replicas),” which serves as a facsimile of Sims’ childhood bedroom.
Admission is free.
