Adults are welcome to a meditation program that explores techniques for relaxing the body and calming the mind, while also cultivating mindfulness, loving kindness, and equanimity.

Meditation is a practice in which a person focuses the mind on an object or subject with the goal of reaching mental and emotional stability. The technique has been practiced (both as part of a religion and on its own) across the globe for thousands of years. Research has shown that meditation can reduce stress, anxiety, depression and even pain.

Admission is free. No equipment or previous experience required. Come as you are.
