Learn to create your very own ceramic ornaments.
Human beings appear to have been making their own ceramics for at least 26,000 years by subjecting clay and silica to intense heat to fuse and form ceramic materials. These materials have been used to create both practical and artistic items. The word “ceramic” comes from a Greek word meaning “of pottery.”
Multiple techniques will be demonstrated for you to explore. Once your ornaments have been fired in the kiln, you’ll have one-of-a-kind creations to give away or keep.
