Kirsten’s stage name, Paging Doctor Moon, was taken by a character featured in the popular British science fiction television series “Doctor Who”.
This free, outdoor concert is being staged at the intersection of Stanwix Street and Fort Duquesne Boulevard. Presented as part of the Three Rivers Arts Festival, a 10-day celebration of visual and performing arts produced by the nonprofit Pittsburgh Cultural Trust and primarily sponsored by local financial firm Dollar Bank.
