Pittsburgh’s legendary professional baseball team — the winner of five World Series trophies — takes to the diamond against the Detroit Tigers.
With an impressive history dating to 1882, the team is often known by the nicknames “Bucs” and “Buccos,” derived from another name for pirates, buccaneers.
This evening’s game is designated as “Pup Night.” Ticket holders and their canine companions are welcome to enjoy the day from PNC Park’s rooftop. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of these special tickets (which must be purchased separately by clicking here) will benefit local animal shelters.
