Come to the zoo’s education complex to discover some of the hot summer job opportunities at the Pittsburgh Zoo & PPG Aquarium.
Begun as a zoological garden in 1898, the Pittsburgh Zoo & PPG Aquarium strives to foster positive, lifelong connections between animals and people. Located in Highland Park, it’s one of only six major zoo and aquarium combinations in America.
There are hundreds of seasonal positions available throughout the park, from zip line attendants to horticulture to concession stands. Representatives from each department will be on hand to conduct interviews. Participants may interview for up to two positions.
Applicants must be at least 16 years old for food & retail positions. Some zoo positions require applicant to be at least 18 years old and have a current Pennsylvania driver’s license. For more information, call (412) 665-3640.
