Some of the most popular rock songs of the 1980’s form the score to this “jukebox” musical.
The story begins in 1987 with an aspiring rocker named Drew Boley who works as a busboy in a Hollywood bar/club called the Bourbon Room. With the city planning a neighborhood revitalization, Drew must contend with the amorous intentions of two very different women while trying to save the Bourbon Room from demolition.
Enjoy hearing the cast perform classic rock songs by legendary bands such as Styx, Journey and Bon Jovi.
The original Broadway production began in 2009 and ran for an impressive 2,328 performances. It was also adapted into a feature film in 2012. This production is presented by the Pittsburgh CLO.
