Featuring ten dancer-athletes in top form, a live disc jockey, a musician and a wide-open venue, Rubberband’s “Ever So Slightly” explores the behavioral mechanisms and reflexes we develop against the ceaseless flow of irritants that bombard us in our daily lives.
Founded in 2002 by choreographer by Victor Quijada, the contemporary dance company Rubberband is an explosive one-of-a-kind troupe specializing in an original style inspired by break, classical ballet and dance theatre.
Simultaneously delivering delicacy, brutality, finesse and high-voltage action, the choreography of “Ever So Slightly” conveys all the energy contained in urgency, revolt, chaos, and flight.
