Celebrate the latest result of the creative partnership between Wigle and the Great Lakes Brewing Company.
Team has taken Wigle’s Straight Wheat Whiskey, which was aged for at least two years in new charred-oak barrels, and placed it into casks previously used to age Great Lakes’ Christmas Ale for an additional 10 months. Similarly, Great Lakes aged their award-winning fan favorite Christmas Ale in Wigle barrels.
The result is called Rudolph, the fictional reindeer created by writer Robert L. May (1905-1976) who leads the team pulling Santa’s sleigh.
Wigle Distiller and Great Lakes Brewing Company representatives will sample the two releases side by side for guests. Hot cocktails featuring Rudolph served with cookies will get you in the holiday spirit.
