Sewing is the craft of fastening or attaching objects using stitches made with a needle and thread. Historians speculate that sewing may be humanity’s oldest craft originating more than three million years ago. Ancient people sewed fur and skin clothing using bone or ivory needles and thread made of various animal body parts including sinew and catgut.

This class is an intro class so no prior sewing knowledge is required.
