Internationally acclaimed violinist Joshua Bell is the special guest as the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra officially launches its new season.
Founded in 1895 by British composer, conductor and organist Frederic Archer (1838-1901), the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra is one of America’s oldest and most prestigious orchestras having performed around the world including a 2004 concert for Pope John Paul II (1920-2005).
Fund raised from this event support the Pittsburgh Symphony’s learning and community engagement programs that impact more than 50,000 children and adults every year.
