Julio Peraz, the chef at the hotel’s restaurant “fl.2”  has created a decadent, savory spread for Thanksgiving.

Dinner will include options like butternut squash soup, roasted kabocha salad with goat cheese, Banyuls, pomegranate molasses, pistachio, frisee and crispy leeks, pumpkin mascarpone ravioli and oven-roasted turkey with apple sausage, giblet gravy and bourbon cranberries.

You can count on green bean casserole with mushroom béchamel and crispy shallots, and brown butter sweet potato puree to round out the perfect Thanksgiving meal.
