One of the most successful stage musicals of all time returns to Pittsburgh.
The musical is based on the 1910 novel Le Fantôme de l’Opéra written by French author Gaston Leroux (1868-1927). Its plot revolves around a beautiful soprano, Christine Daaé, who becomes the obsession of a mysterious, disfigured musical genius living in the subterranean labyrinth beneath the Paris Opera House.
