David Fralick portrays Master Sergeant Sam Harper, a man so patriotic that even death can’t stop him from honoring The Fourth. During his hometown’s annual celebration, Sam steals an Uncle Sam costume and targets anyone who offends his ultra-American views.
The character of Uncle Sam first appeared in 1812 as the personification of the United States government. Also in the cast are legendary singer/songwriter Isaac Hayes and B-movie staple William Smith.
