Fred Rogers, one of Pittsburgh’s most beloved sons, is the subject of this heartwarming 2018 documentary film.

Musician, puppeteer and minister Fred Rogers (1928-2003) is best known for the Pittsburgh-produced “Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood” (1968-2001) a children’s educational television program distributed to public TV stations by the Public Broadcasting Service (PBS). The show’s gentle pace and kindly characters were ideally suited to teach kids ages 2 to 5 a variety of subjects.

Admission is free. Times given are approximations; the film will begin at dusk. Presented by the City of Pittsburgh Department of Parks and Recreation (a.k.a. CitiParks) and sponsored by Dollar Bank.
