This all-levels yoga class will focus on building strength in the basic yoga postures and creating mobility in the joints.

Yoga is a spiritual and physical practice that originated in India of the 6th century BCE and is often used today for improving a person’s flexibility, blood pressure and overall health.

Modifications will be given for all poses, making this class suitable for all levels and ages. Please bring your own mat. For more information, call (412) 237-1890.
