Alto saxophonist and ethnomusicologist Yoko Suzuki is joined by organist Cliff Barns and drummer James Johnson III to perform a mixture of her original songs and jazz standards.
Ethnomusicology is the study of music from the cultural and social aspects of the people who make it.
