This event brings together the state’s cannabis community to explore the Pennsylvania medical program and the future of adult-use legalization.
Cannabis, also known as hemp, refers to a group of flowering plants with a variety of uses that include fibers (to create items such as clothing), recreational drug (usually smoked as a cigarette) and medicine (typically to alleviate pain or discomfort). The oldest written record of cannabis usage is the Greek historian Herodotus’ (484BCE – 425BCE) reference to cannabis steam baths.
Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about the legal cannabis landscape in Pennsylvania, meet the growers, brands and innovators shaping the industry, and network with professionals and leaders driving the cannabis movement.
