Pittsburgh native Michael Keaton reprises title role of the classic 1988 film “Beetlejuice” for this equally hilarious 2024 sequel.
The story picks up 36 years later as the former teen Lydia Deetz (Wynona Ryder) is now a widowed mother and TV talk show host. When she learns that her estranged daughter has been taken into the afterlife, Lydia reaches out to the only person who can help — the unstable self-serving “bio-exorcist” Beetlejuice.
