Discover the sophistication of bourbon during a three-course meal each paired with a different brand.
Bourbon is a distinctly American whiskey — an alcohol drink made primarily from corn and distilled in an aged barrel — that first appeared in Kentucky during the late 18th century. While the origin is uncertain, many historians cite Baptist minister Elijah Craig (1738-1808) as the inventor, with the name referencing France’s royal Bourbon dynasty.
