Take part in this challenging 5K fitness run/walk on the rolling hills of Brookline.
What is now the city neighborhood of Brookline began as farm land in the 19th century before being annexed by Pittsburgh in 1908. For the next several decades, Brookline became a popular residential area for local factory and mine workers. The Brookline Breeze was first held in 1982.
The course begins and ends at the park. Proceeds benefit various neighborhood charities. Presented by the City of Pittsburgh’s Parks & Recreation Department, commonly called CitiParks.
