Guitar-driven band Cage The Elephant may live in England, but their heart and sound are rooted back home in Kentucky as demonstrated by their uncanny ability to synthesize various kinds of alternative rock.
According to lead singer Matt Shultz, the band’s name came from an incident when a mentally disturbed man hugged Shultz after a show and kept repeating the sentence “you have to cage the elephant” over and over again.
This is an “all ages” concert.
