A collection of local music artists performs a special concert honoring singer/songwriter and attorney Anne Feeney (1951-2021).

A daughter of Pittsburgh, Anne Feeney embraced folk music as a tool for political and social activism. Among her accomplishments was co-founding the city’s first rape crisis center. Feeney also fought for civil rights, the rights of miners and against America’s military involvement in Southeast Asia and South Africa’s racist laws.

Her music career involved working with legendary folk acts such as Peter, Paul & Mary (1961-2009), John Prine (1946-2020) and Pete Seeger (1919-2014).

This is an “all-ages” concert.
