Ceramic Knives is a Ukrainian American music duo (Oleksandr Frazé-Frazénko and Mari Frazé-Frazénko) that reimagines traditional Eastern European songs through a cinematic lens —part ritual, part rebellion.
Oleksandr and Mari blend raw folk roots with experimental textures post punk attitude and haunting harmonies.
Admission is free. Presented as part of the Three Rivers Arts Festival, a celebration of the arts in Pittsburgh since 1960. The festival is a production of the nonprofit Pittsburgh Cultural Trust.
