These four-course dining experiences focuses on fresh, vibrant ingredients thoughtfully paired with City Winery wines.
Wine is an alcoholic beverage made from fermented grapes. Different varieties of grapes and strains of yeasts produce different styles of wine, which are generally categorized as “reds” and “whites.” Archeological evidence suggests that wine was first produced around 6000 BCE in what is now the Eurasian nation of Georgia.
Throughout each evening, a wine professional will guide you through each pairing, sharing tasting notes, stories, and insights that bring every glass to life.
