In residence at Bard College since 1982, the award winning Da Capo Chamber Players works closely with today’s most respected composers, building a heritage of present-day American chamber music drawn from an enormous spectrum of styles.
Bard College is a liberal arts college in New York State founded in 1860 by wealthy philanthropist John Bard (1819-1899). The Da Capo Chamber Players takes its name from the Italian musical term than roughly translates as “from the beginning.”
This is an “all-ages” concert.
