The amazingly gifted artists in the New Orleans band Galactic (sometimes called “Galactic F”) perform a unique style of jazz made rich with elements of hip-hop, electronic, world music, rock and blues.
This free, outdoor concert is being staged at the intersection of Stanwix Street and Fort Duquesne Boulevard. Presented as part of the Three Rivers Arts Festival, a 10-day celebration of visual and performing arts produced by the nonprofit Pittsburgh Cultural Trust and primarily sponsored by local financial firm Dollar Bank.
