Youth ages 8 to 11 are invited to become a food scientists and expert marketers as they explore the H.J. Heinz global empire.
Established in 1869, the Pittsburgh-based H. J. Heinz Company manufactures thousands of food products in plants on six continents and markets these products in more than 200 countries and territories. The company’s signature product is Heinz Ketchup, a tomato-based condiment.
As part of the workshop, kids will make their own ketchup and design the label.
