Acclaimed percussionist Jim Donovan sits at the core of the Sun King Warriors. The band’s music spans genres and eras, from vintage rock to alternative folk. Their amazing songs are whirligigs of sound, emotions and colors.
Jim is best known as the drummer for the Pittsburgh band Rusted Root, which formed in 1990. Jim left the band in 2004.
