This heart-warming exhibition is the result of a collaboration with the children of Holy Family Institute’s Journey of Hope program.
This program offers a safe, supportive environment to children. Journey of Hope offers shelter, food, clothing, counseling, recreation, and education to children, many of whom are in search of a brighter future.
During their time at Sweetwater, the children experimented with a variety of art media and styles. Through an art historical lens, they were exposed to art making as a means of expression. The Journey of Hope exhibition will showcase large, colorful murals created as collaborations by the children in the program. For more information, call (412) 741-4405.
