This is a hands-on workshop on sharpening and caring for your knives.
A well-sharpened edge is much safer and more effective than a dull one, and with a little guidance, anyone can learn to keep their knife edges in excellent condition.
Participants are asked to bring their own knives and make a contribution to the library’s summer reading program.
