Join members of Pittsburgh’s thriving film and television industry for their biggest night of the year, all centered on the 2020 Academy Awards.
First presented in 1929, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences’ (AMPAS) set of awards recognizes artistic and technical excellence in the film industry. The award is commonly known by its nickname, Oscar.
The gala offers gourmet food, specialty cocktails, interactive experiences — and most importantly, to join over 700 local leaders watching the awards broadcast on giant video monitors.
Proceeds benefit the Pittsburgh Film Office, whose mission is to attract film production projects to the greater southwestern Pennsylvania region.
