The legendary and prolific Lionel Richie is joined by the equally legendary band Earth, Wind & Fire for a night of beloved pop songs.
Lionel Richie’s contemporary pop sound is rooted in soul and rhythm & blues, crossing musical borders like an intrepid artistic explorer. The result is an eclectic repertoire that ranges from the balladic “Hello” (1984) to the inventive “Dancing on the Ceiling” (1985).
One of the most popular bands from the 1970s, Earth, Wind & Fire performs their all-encompassing musical vision using funk as its foundation, but also incorporating jazz, smooth soul, gospel, pop, rock & roll, psychedelia, blues, folk, African music and even disco.
This is an “all ages” concert.
