Multi-instrumentalist, composer and vocalist Taja “L’Rain” Cheek draws on a vast number of traditions and genres to craft dreamy, genre-blurring music. The result is a collage of melodies and emotions touching on the mysteries of life, love and grief.
Taja’s stage name honors her supportive mother, Lorraine C. Porter, who passed away as her career was just beginning. This is an “all-ages” concert.
