As Meadowcroft’s 2021 season draws to a close, enjoy an autumn afternoon outside enjoying special, fall-themed programming.
Meadowcroft is the reconstruction of an Indian village that is now a museum operated as a division of the Senator John Heinz Regional History Center. It is built on a natural formation beneath an overhanging cliff of a sandstone called a rockshelter.
In addition to Meadowcroft’s regular activities, visitors can enjoy 19th-century cooking demonstrations, cornhusk crafting demonstrations and a taffy pull.
