Even the littlest aspiring artists will find inspiration and fun at this party officially opening the exhibition “Mode: an Exploration of Digital Engagement.”
“Mode” showcases the work of Pittsburgh artist Isaac Bower, who uses modular approaches to create sculpture, prints and participatory art. Isaac is interested in how our repeating patterns of behavior shape our ways of thinking, feeling, learning and relating to each other.
In addition to light refreshments, Isaac will show how to create patterns using Cojiform — a modular system using three original sculptures that are cast in multiples. Cojiform encourages persistence, trial and error learning, and collaboration in creative problem solving.
