Local businessman and world traveler Ray Milhem leads this exploration of the land of Palestine, holy to the globe’s three great monotheistic religions.

Palestine is a geographic area along the Mediterranean Sea north of Egypt.  The region has a long and tumultuous history as a crossroads for religion, culture, commerce and politics. The area’s name is derived by that of the Peleset, a people who lived there more than 4,000 years ago.

Come learn about the distinct geographic regions of Palestine; how language and culture have defined its inhabitants; and the millennia-old history of this region, from prehistory to the modern day.
