Celebrate the life and legacy of Martin Luther King with an evening filled with Award-winning spoken word artists.

Minister and activist Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. (1929-1968) was a pioneering leader in the American Civil Rights Movement. He advocated using nonviolence and civil disobedience as tools for empowering African-Americans. Dr. King continues to be an inspiration for all minority groups seeking equality and respect.

Among the artists featured tonight is actor Malcolm-Jamal Warner (TV’s “The Cosby Show”).
