Travel back to the 1970’s as Rick Schuler stages an unforgettable and intimate experience that captures the magic of John Denver (1943-1997).
Born Henry John Deutschendorf Jr. singer/songwriter (and occasional actor) John Denver specialized in acoustic folk songs that celebrate rural life, nature and family. His signature song is 1972’s “Rocky Mountain High,” which reflects Denver’s love of Colorado. As an actor, he is best known for appearing in “Oh, God” (1977) with actor/comedian George Burns (1896-1996).
Schuler wondrously incorporates John’s heartwarming inspirational stories from Denver’s many memorable TV specials and appearances.
