Formed in 1988 and still punking out, the band Samiam (pronounced “Sam-I-Am”) specializes in energetic hard luck songs that are as hooky as they are relatable.
The band’s name was inspired by that of a character in the beloved 1960 children’s book Green Eggs and Ham.
