Singer, songwriter and guitarist Shawn Colvin (pictured) shares the stage with Scottish singer-songwriter and musician Kate Victoria “KT” Tunstall.
Shawn takes a diverse approach to contemporary folk music, avoiding the genre’s clichéd sentiments in favor of a more personal, pop-influenced style.
As a child, KT’s imagination and creative side flourished, especially since her physicist father would take the girl and her brothers into an observatory to look at the sky, those magical experiences resonate in her hook-heavy pop songs delivered with an impressive vocal range and endearing energy.
