Wine is an alcoholic beverage made from fermented grapes. Different varieties of grapes and strains of yeasts produce different styles of wine, which are generally categorized as “reds” and “whites.” Archeological evidence suggests that wine was first produced around 6000 BCE in what is now the Eurasian nation of Georgia.
A family enterprise since the 1920’s, the St. Supéry Estate Vineyards & Winery produces 100% estate grown, certified Napa Green wines, focusing on sauvignon blanc, cabernet sauvignon, and additional red Bordeaux varietals.
