Acclaimed local painter Linda Barnicott is the featured speaker at this month’s meeting of the Artist Guild.
The Artist Guild at Sweetwater Center for the Arts is a community of artists dedicated to creating opportunities to celebrate diversity in the arts. We strive to empower all artists to support each other and the community through exhibitions, education, and community outreach.
Creating portraits since childhood, Linda is now known for her enchanting portraits of Pittsburgh. Using rich, soft pastels, she captures the unique beauty of famous local landmarks.
The Artist Guild is open to all working artists and craftsmen and there is no membership fee to join. Meetings are free and open to the public. Masks are required regardless of vaccination status.
