Led by half-brothers Justin Rubenstein and J. R. Kaufman, the stage explodes with the Blasting Company’s brilliant mixture of Dixieland jazz with Eastern European folk music.
The band achieves its unique sound by combining conventional jazz instruments with classical tools such as a double-headed drum called the davul.
This is an “all-ages” concert.
