Enjoy this colonial holiday tradition with 18th century music by the Wayward Companions and dancing, hearty treats and spirits.
The concept of “12 Days of Christmas” is credited by historians to the Council of Trent (567CE) but marking its final evening is widely regarded as an English tradition. This often includes a cider-based punch called wassail and various colorful pastries.
Come dressed in your finest 18th century clothing or 21st century cocktail attire. Proceeds benefit the fort as a museum.
